Omelettes in a Bag

My mom told me about this super fun, kid-friendly way of making omelettes.  We gave it a try this past weekend and it was definitely a success!  Fun, tasty, and super easy!

Crack 2 or 3 eggs into ziplock bags.

Squish eggs around in the bag.

Add your favorite omelette ingredients.

Close the bag and toss it into a pot of boiling water.  Cover and boil for 13 minutes.

Remove.

... and eat!

Enjoy!

Whoa that's crazy - we'll have to try it! Did you put any oil into them? I can't imagine it tastes the same without it.

No oil, either! They are surprisingly just as good without it... Not dry at all! And the clean up is way easier! I usually hate washing tge pan after cooking omelettes!
