Spying

So we recently purchased a 'video monitor' ...or at least our version of one.  Typical video monitors can be pretty pricey but this is actually just a security camera and was only like $45!  We can pull it up on our phones or ipad and check on the girls to see what they are up to.  I always wanted one when the girls were babies but we never got one.  This one is great because it wasn't a huge investment but it is SO MUCH FUN to see what the girls are up to after we put them to bed.

Here are a few pics I took from the camera.  It has audio too and it's hilarious to listen to them talk. 

In this one, Claire was super tired and we heard her say, "Emma, I'm trying to sleeep!!!"

Quick update and a yummy recipe!

We've been settling into our new home and area pretty well.  I feel like the Lord has just been so kind to us and has really blessed this move which confirms to us that we are where He wants us!  We have an accepted offer on our house and Lord willing we are set to close on May 25th.  That has been a huge answer to prayer as the stress of paying two monthly payments was really starting to set in.  The girls are doing well and are loving sharing a room and having a neighborhood with lots of kids, a park, and a fenced in backyard to play in.  We are definitely missing the community we had in Iowa but I know that will take time to find.  We're looking forward to our Iowa visit this summer!  Only 2 more months!  :)
