Justin kicked off the official start to his marathon training (he's doing Chicago in October) this weekend with the CR Flood Run. This weekend marked the 1 year anniversary since the flood so there were several activities going on. The race went around the perimeter of the flood zone... not exactly the most scenic route but crazy to see just how much of the city was hit by the flood.

Love the pics of the runners. It was so fun cheering them on! I'll have to find a way to be at the Chicago marathon since we cheered Justin on in Atlanta and CR! :) I guess I'm a superfan too!
I feel out of breath just looking at the pictures. Glad the weather cooperated for all of you. What a happy bunch to cheer you on!
