... and yes, I did steal that title from a Junie B. Jones book. All you elementary teachers out there know what I'm talking about! :) The thought of Junie B actually makes me miss teaching just a bit... she always makes me laugh! ANYWAY... back to my child and the purpose of this post...
So, Claire is 9 months old and STILL HAS NO TEETH! For months now, probably over half of her life, I have blamed certain occurrences (waking up at night, the endless drip of drool pouring out of her mouth, short naps, crabby-ness, etc..) on the fact that she just MUST be teething. And then I wait... and wait... and wait. And no teeth appear. So, in case you were wondering why I have yet to post a picture with some adorable little teeth popping through her gums, it's because we have yet to see that! Don't hold your breath...

My physician coworker's kid didn't get her teeth until she was 15 months old! Don't worry, they'll come. :)
It will come...I have been waiting, waiting, and waiting and was starting to give up hope. Guess what we got yesterday...a TOOTH coming out!!!! So just stay optimistic:)
It's a weird thing, teething. Just be glad it wasn't the opposite, My friend's baby was born with two teeth!!! That must not have been fun!!!

oh that's encouraging to know in advance. william has been whiny/waking up randomly during naps/major drooling/fussy for a few weeks now and, much as i'd like to think it might be teething, i know they likely aren't coming for a while! :) no worries, claire will be one of those kiddos who gets them all at once! :)
Ally was 10 months when she got hers - She is now six and a half and still hasn't lost any... she is mad that all of her friends have.
okay, both extremes are crazy ~ no teeth til 15 mmonths?? no way!! and BORN WITH 2 TEETH... so weird!!
