Catching up with friends

We packed so much into our 13 days in Iowa that I can't fit it all in one or even two posts.  So this post is devoted to our friends (that feel like family!) that we got to catch up with on our visit!

You never would have known we've been gone for four months the way these kids played together.

Loved catching up with these friends!! I know we've only been gone for four months and we've obviously missed out on things since leaving but I love the way it felt like we never left when we were with these friends.  You know you have some pretty stinking amazing friends when that happens.  Just so thankful for friends who feel like family, who challenge us, ask real questions, extend such love, and encourage us!!  Thank you, Lord!
