Believe it or not, this lovely lady (my mom!) turned 60 last week!!! She thought that just my dad was taking her out for dinner, but Jorie & Mark and Justin & I surprised her by already being at the restaurant when they arrived. We left the kiddos with some fabulous babysitters (thanks, Akers!!) and had a super fun, adult-only time. Those are few and far between these days and I think we all enjoyed it. We ended the night with cake and ice cream at Jorie & Mark's. So fun! Happy Birthday, Mom!!

Couldn't think of a better way to spend my 60th (except of course, having Jason and Roxanne there, too). Thanks, family, for making my day special. P.S. I don't really like this picture of me.
