Emma had her 9 month appointment yesterday. She is doing great, aside from a little rash that keeps reappearing on her drool-soaked neck. She weighed in at 20 lbs, 9 oz (75%) and was 27 3/4 in long (70%). You know the craziest part?! Claire weighed EXACTLY the same thing at her 9 month appointment!!
In other news, Emma is sooo close to crawling. I actually think today will be the day we make it official... I'll keep you posted. She's never in the same place I put her down in and she can get up on all fours. Yesterday when she was up on her hands and knees, she moved one knee about an inch and I thought she was going to take off. So, I think today will be the day! We'll see...
She's working on pulling herself up on the furniture and gets really close to standing. This morning I found her sitting up in her crib so she's figured out how to get from a laying position to sitting.
Emma and her big sister LOVE each other so much. Lately Claire has been even more into Emma and I often find Claire sitting across from Emma on the floor and the two of them cracking up at each other. It's the sweetest thing.
