Thanks to the generosity of JaRoxikah (that's short for Jason, Roxi, and Annikah! :) we have all the furniture we need for our soon-to-be nursery!! Before they left for Africa, they were kind enough to drive out this furniture to us. We finally were able to move it in the room last night. I have to say, it felt very strange and surreal putting baby furniture in our house. It's so exciting though. I kept looking at the crib and wondering who the little person will be who will be sleeping there (hopefully doing LOTS of sleeping there!)... will it be a boy or a girl? What will he/she be like? It's so fun to imagine!!
The room is definitely not ready to go yet. Once we find out the sex of the baby, we'll paint the room and buy the bedding. It sure is exciting to have these things in there now, though. Thanks, Anni, for letting us use your things!! :) Your cousin will be so appreciative!
