Today I'm 35 weeks and that means I only have 35 days left until my due date.. yikes! We went in this morning for my ultrasound as a follow up to the ultrasound I had at 31 weeks. The baby was so big we could hardly see anything.. it's amazing how much she has changed in the last 4 weeks. At my 31 week ultrasound we could see everything really well, but not this one! They scheduled this ultrasound so they could check on the abdominal cyst they found at 31 weeks. Today at the appointment they couldn't find the cyst. This means that it either disappeared (that's what we're hoping for!) or that the baby is just too big which makes it harder to see things on ultrasound. I won't have any other ultrasounds but they did say that most likely after she's born, baby will have an ultrasound to make sure the cyst is gone. No one seemed worried at all so that was good news!
In other news, they could see some hair on her head so we know she won't be bald! They also said she now weighs 6 lbs, 2 oz and she's in the 72nd percentile. This frightens me just a little bit, considering they put on approximately 1/2 pound each week. This would put her over 8 lbs if she's born around the due date. Yikes!! Her little head was down very low (they could barely get a view of it) so she's getting ready to come out! I can't believe it's almost time!!

hey annie- that is awesome news! they thought abigail was 8lbs around 35 weeks also- but she came out at 6lbs. those estimates are some times (mostly) :) wrong!
you'll do great- at least you know she has to come out some how right! :) and it'll be worth it when you see her face for the first time!
yeah, those estimates can be wrong. The Dr. had josiah pegged at 7 lbs to 7 1/2 at most. He was over 9lbs.
remember, justin was over 10lbs, so its in the gene pool!
